HOW IT STARTED...
Welcome to Bountiful Blooms Farm!
Hi, I’m Amanda, and I’m so glad you’re here. My family and I moved to the countryside in 2021, driven by a desire for food security and better health. That same year, life threw us a curveball when I was diagnosed with two types of thyroid cancer, discovered after my thyroid was completely removed. This journey sparked a profound shift in how I viewed life, health, and the importance of what we grow and consume.

How it all began...
While learning to grow our own food, I stumbled upon a book called Vegetables Love Flowers. It opened my eyes to the incredible benefits of growing flowers alongside vegetables—not just for the garden’s health, but for the soul’s joy. My first blooms were sunflowers and zinnias, which I now lovingly call my “gateway flowers.” Their beauty, ecological benefits, and the joy they brought into my life had me completely hooked. They made my heart skip a beat and sparked a passion I never expected.

Where we are now
Fast forward, and here we are, growing a flower-based business rooted in faith, family, and community. With God opening doors I never imagined, I now get to work alongside my family, building something beautiful together in the heart of Bloomfield, Kentucky.

Building Community Together
I am endlessly grateful for our supportive community that values local farmers and allows us to serve them with flowers grown right here on our farm. Beyond growing blooms, my new passion lies in teaching others—whether it’s helping gardeners grow their own thriving spaces or guiding fellow farmers through the complexities of online marketing and social media.
Our journey is one of growth, resilience, and connection, and I’m so excited to share it with you. Thank you for being part of our story!
